Fujitsu to develop its business billing and payment solutions for telecom operators in Southeast Asia by establishing a regional partnership within the scope of the Omniware Solutions Inc.. Fujitsu Asia based in Singapore will market, sell, distribute and install applications Omnibill billing & settlement of Omniware Solutions. This solution solves the problem Omnibill billing telecommunications operator which will launch various services, including fixed phone, mobile phones (GSM and CDMA, prepaid or postpaid), IP-based services such as VoIP and IPTV, Broadband connections such as WiMax, municipal Wi-Fi, DSL and cable.

Omnibill strength is not required any coding activities to implement new services that can be directly sold, installed and managed with a very low cost, which is very important for Southeast Asian markets.  "Telecommunications service used to require a monthly time frame for doing so. The end result, telecom operators can provide new services and different from its competitors," said David Bowden, Vice President of Strategic Initiatives Fujitsu. This Omnibill flexible solution because the operator can choose two methods of installation, which is in lieu of billing & settlement system of the old; or spread of new services as a pre-billing process to send a summary note to the old billing system.
