Pedophilia Perpetrator Tracking Software

The computer expert from Lancaster University, UK is currently developing software that can track down child predators on the Internet. With the software are expected to minimize casualties pedophilia. Professor Awais Rashid, said the software will analyze every word used by the children while chatting with others. A key part of the software is the analysis of the language used at the time of chatting.

The people of a certain age group have a specific vocabulary. And computer experts believe that this next generation software technology can be a significant breakthrough in helping to catch pedophiles. In one study, when the software is installed on multiple computers, as many as 47 of the 50 cases proved that the children were known to talking to adults. In fact, the software is able to know if there are adults who disguised as a small child.

"Principals pedophiles often pose as children when online, and our research shows that children do not know that the person to talk to adults who are pretending to be a child," says Awais. "We look forward to completing this next technology generation software can capture the pattern languages for certain age groups. The software will see a variety of ways, for example, sentence structure, language used and the things that indicate fraud." Rashid added.
