Kingston became the first company to launch a USB 3.0 flash drive into the retail market. Kingston Technology to the next generation of USB will be special because it offers an impressive read speed of 80MB/sec and 60MB/sec write rate.Kingston spokesman said that the benchmarks have an internal clock to transfer from one hour 44 minutes to the film with a capacity of 3.9GB would be only one minute 13 seconds. Similarly, DVD 2 hours 23 minutes or 4.4GB can be copied to the drive to one minute 23 seconds.
"USB 3.0 is the next in Flash memory technology for USB product and we want to have this be the first product in the market for buyers," explained a spokesman for Kingston. "Now, with the first Ultimate 3.0 DataTraveler USB 3.0 Flash drives are designed for enthusiasts who prefer to embrace new technology before it quickly became popular," he added.
Additional specifications include a large memory capacities ranging from 16GB, 32GB up to 64GB, besides the system with a USB 3.0 port, compatible with USB 2.0, and compatibility with OS Windows XP, Vista and 7.
